Celebrate MLK Weekend in Old Fourth Ward with our signature holiday buffet. Steps from Ebenezer Baptist Church and the historic landmarks of Dr. King’s legacy in Atlanta, Marcus Bar & Grille invites the neighborhood to enjoy a weekend of lively brunch and elevated dinner.
Sunday’s jazz brunch will feature a live saxophonist.

Complete MLK Weekend with an elevated dinner featuring two chef specials honoring Dr. King’s legacy and Southern traditions.
The King’s Platter
Spiced red rice with grilled lobster, lamb chops, smoked brisket, and crowder peas. A large-format dish made for sharing.
The Quilly
Coconut macaroon, vanilla cremeux, brown sugar marshmallow fluff, wafer tuiles, almond brittle, winter citrus, grapes, and preserved cherries. A modern tribute to Dr. King’s favorite dessert, which he requested from his mother after receiving the Nobel Peace Prize in 1964.

Join us for the first Vinyl Sessions of 2026! Vinyl Sessions is our monthly chef dinner series hosted in The Vinyl Room at Marcus Bar & Grille.
This month, we’re proud to welcome Chef Bella Jones, a food historian dedicated to preserving and reimagining African American culinary traditions. Her work draws from the Lowcountry, the Mississippi Delta, and Great Migration kitchens, while also reclaiming her Afro-Puerto Rican heritage as part of her evolving culinary voice.
Guests will enjoy a curated 5-course menu packed with vibrant flavors and local ingredients for an unforgettable evening in Old Fourth Ward.
